Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Three Teal Tulips is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Three Teal Tulips is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other transit-related issues.
